What are your Delivery charges?
All orders are subject to a flat delivery charge of £3.95. We aim to deliver the same day if placed before 11am. all orders are sent via Royal Mail using their first class Recorded delivery service. At the time of dispatch we will email you with your tracking reference number so you can track your order status on the Royal Mail website. Full details can be found on our Delivery & Returns page.
How long will my order take to arrive?
If you order before 11am orders are usually dispatched the same day. We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay. All orders are sent via Royal Mail using their first class Recorded delivery service, the delivery time can range from 1- 14 working days. At the time of dispatch we will email you with your tracking reference number so you can track your order status on the Royal Mail website.
Please allow up to 28 days for personalised items. If you are ordering personalised items and require them before 28 days please select the "express delivery" option at the check out, as this will then fast track your order to 4-5 working days. If you require your order urgently please contact the shop on 01603 611177.
As well our standard delivery, we offer an express delivery which is a next working day (Monday – Friday) delivery for £9.99.
Will I have to sign for the delivery?
Please ensure there is someone available to sign for the package at the address that you have chosen for delivery. If Royal Mail is unable to deliver they will leave a card stating where to collect the package from. If the package has not been collected within 7 days it will be returned to The Wedding Party and a second postage fee will be charged for redelivery.
What is your returns and refunds policy?

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the item/s you have ordered you must notify us immediately either by email email@example.com or phone 01603 611177. You have the right to return the items within 14 days after delivery for a full refund or exchange (other than in respect of any food products, lingerie, jewellery containing earrings or personalised items). Our returns policy is strictly 14 days, we believe that this is reasonable time to return goods; we do not accept any returns after this time period. We do however understand that there may be circumstance where you may be unable to meet this deadline and we are happy to discuss this prior to placing an order. However, please do not ask for an extension on the returns time after your goods have been received, as this will be refused.

Do you deliver abroad?
Yes we can, all orders are subject to a flat delivery charge, Channel Islands - flat delivery charge of £9.99, per order. Europe - flat delivery charge of £24.99, per order. Rest of the World - flat delivery charge of £29.99, per order. Please note that we are unable to deliver to the USA or Canada. What are your opening times?
The shop is based in Norwich and open 7 days a week, Mon – Sat 10am to 5.30pm and Sundays 11am to 4pm. Appointments are available both during opening hours and outside of these times (just call us). We are closed on Bank Holiday Mondays.

We are based in the city centre of Norwich, Norfolk. Our address is 22-24 St Benedicts Street Norwich, NR2 4AQ. If you don't know Norwich well, just call us and we will do our best to help and give you directions!

Do you dye shoes?
Yes we do, we can dye most bridal make shoes, please note we can not dye high street shoes, i.e. BHS, Next, New Look etc. The cost will vary depending on what make of shoe you have. The prices range from Free to £45 per pair.
Do you have a chain of shops?
No we are a beautiful boutique independent retailer. Come and visit us Norwich is a lovely city.

Yes we take your security and data very seriously. We use a secure encrypted payment gateway and do not have access to your card details.
