What are your Delivery charges?
All orders are free delivery with in the UK. We aim to deliver the next working day if ordered before 12pm. all orders are sent via Royal Mail using their 2nd class delivery service. At the time of dispatch, we will email you to let you know your order is on its way.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay. All orders are sent via Royal Mail using their 2nd class delivery service, the delivery time can range from 2- 14 working days. At the time of dispatch, we will email you to let you know your order is on its way
What is your returns and refunds policy?
If for any reason, you are unhappy with the item/s you have ordered you must notify us immediately either by email email@example.com or phone 07793200055. You have the right to return the items within 14 days after delivery for a full refund or exchange (other than in respect of any food products, lingerie, jewellery containing earrings or personalised items). Our returns policy is strictly 14 days, we believe that this is a reasonable time to return goods; we do not accept any returns after this time period. We do however understand that there may be a circumstance where you may be unable to meet this deadline and we are happy to discuss this prior to placing an order. However, please do not ask for an extension on the returns time after your goods have been received, as this will be refused.

I want to cancel my order?

Do you deliver abroad?
All orders are subject to a delivery charge, per order and will differ depending on where you live. We post all orders using either Royal Mail International delivery service or via a courier.
