Delivery & Returns
Delivery within the UK Mainland
If you order before 12am orders are usually dispatched the same day. We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay. All orders are sent via Royal Mail using their 2nd class recorded delivery service, the delivery time can range from 1- 14 working days. At the time of dispatch, we will email you with your tracking reference number so you can track your order status on the Royal Mail website.
£3.95 UK Recorded Delivery
Sent via Royal Mail arrives approximately 2-3 working days but please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Recorded Delivery is a 'Signed For' service and if your parcel gets lost or damaged by the Royal Mail we will replace it.
£9.99 Express UK Mainland Delivery Only
Sent via Royal Mail or Fedex arrives approximately next working delivered between 8am & 5pm, but please allow up to 2-3 days for delivery. Email notification will be sent so that you can track your parcel.
Orders MUST be received before 12pm Monday to Thursday to guarantee next day delivery. Orders placed on a Thursday after 12pm will be delivered the following Monday. Please note Bank Holidays will affect delivery schedules – please bear this in mind when making your order.
£9.99 Priority Personalised UK Mainland Delivery Only
Please allow up to 28 days for personalised items. If you are ordering personalised items and require them before 28 days, please select the "Priority Personalised" option at the check out, as this will then fast track your order to 7-10 working days. If you require your order urgently please contact the shop on 01603 611177.
A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. So please ensure there is someone available to sign for the package at the address that you have chosen for delivery. If Royal Mail is unable to deliver, they should leave a card stating where to collect the package. If the package has not been collected within 7 days, it will be returned to The Wedding Party and a second postage fee will be charged for redelivery.
Where courier delivers goods, we aim to deliver the next working day after receiving your order. We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay.
Where goods are delivered to your home directly by the manufacturer, The Wedding Party or the manufacturer will call you to discuss a delivery date. Deliveries of these items will generally take a minimum of 15 working days. Delivery of larger items are made between Monday to Friday during normal working hours.
Delivery outside the UKAll orders are subject to a flat delivery charge, per order and will differ depending on where you live. We post all orders using either Royal Mail International Signed For delivery service or via a courier.
Highlands and British Isles - flat delivery charge of £14.99, per order.
Europe - flat delivery charge of £24.99, per order.
Rest of the World - flat delivery charge of £29.99, per order. Please note that we do not deliver to the US or Canada due to insurance purposes.

Website Returns PolicyIf, for any reason, you are unhappy with the item/s you have ordered you must notify us immediately either by email or phone 01603 611177. You have the right to return the items within 14 days after delivery for a full refund or exchange (other than in respect of any food products, lingerie, jewellery containing earrings or personalised items). Our returns policy is strictly 14 days, we believe that this is reasonable time to return goods; we do not accept any returns after this time period. We do however understand that there may be circumstance where you may be unable to meet this deadline and we are happy to discuss this prior to placing an order. However, please do not ask for an extension on the returns time after your goods have been received, as this will be refused.

Returns or CancellationReturning items after they have been received is the customer’s responsibility, the items must be returned in their original and undamaged packaging. The Wedding Party will not be responsible for the postage cost incurred. If you have any queries please call the shop on 01603 611177. If you wish to cancel before the items are dispatched just call us on 01603 611177 as soon as you can.
If we are unable to stop the delivery, then the best thing to do is for you to refuse to accept the delivery when it arrives. Just tell the carrier to return it to us.
As soon as we get it back to our warehouse, we will refund you for ordered items, but not for delivery.
ShoesDue to the very delicate fabrics of these shoes, it is extremely important that they be handled with great care. The satins can become easily marked and any stains or marks cannot be removed. Therefore, when trying on, please handle the shoes as little as possible, always try on a clean, carpeted surface and ensure the use of nylon foot socks or tights are worn when trying on.
The shoes have been thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch and should reach you in perfect condition. Should you need to return the shoes for an exchange or refund please ensure that the above advice is followed, as the slightest mark or damage to any part of the shoes will render them unfit for resale and, in these circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse a return.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that any goods arrive damaged, faulty or are incorrect you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the items either by email or phone 01603 611177 and we advise how to return them to us for either an exchange, correction or a refund. We will refund postage up to the value of £8.00
